Who is John?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
As a child John was overweight, he was unconfident and weak. His classmates made fun of him because of his weight. It made him eat even more. He was not satisfied with his appearance, it was a difficulty for his daily responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So one day at the age of 16 he encouraged himself and started an online program that contained a workout program and new eating habits. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

He was a persistent guy, in just four years he achieved his life goals. At the age of 20 he was a handsome boy, and was in college for Sports and Training at the University of Florida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n He realizes how being overweight affects many aspects of his life, so he wants to be there for others to discover the benefits and joys of training and to become the person that he is today.
